Michael Ibarra

Michael Ibarra is Senior Vice President of LBC and is responsible for marketing, investor relations, and client service for LBC's West Coast investors. Prior to joining LBC in July 2007, Mr. Ibarra served as Managing Director, Strategic Accounts, for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). At CBRE, he was responsible for working with Bentall Kennedy on MEPT's portfolio, directing all of CBRE's service offerings and field personnel assigned to the property management, leasing and construction management services provided to MEPT, along with managing the CBRE and Trammell Crow Company’s efforts to acquire or develop properties on behalf of the Fund. Before assuming responsibility for the Bentall Kennedy/MEPT relationship in 2003, Mr. Ibarra was the Senior Vice President for Management Services with Trammell Crow Company in Southern California. Previous to that, Mr. Ibarra was Managing Director at CBRE in the Global Account Management Group and was responsible for the relationship between CBRE and The General Electric Company. Mr. Ibarra is a licensed real estate broker in California and serves on the Responsible Property Investing Council of the Urban land Institute. Mr. Ibarra earned a B.S. in Biology from Colorado College.
