LBC understands the objectives of pension investors, and keeps them informed on the activities and results of the Fund's investment efforts through transparent and in-depth communications.

Since 1982, LBC has served the Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT), a bank collective investment fund for qualified pension and employee benefit plans. The firm prepares reports and presentations to communicate strategy, performance, goals, market conditions, governance, and other topical issues, and an LBC principal sits on MEPT’s Policy Board.

For LBC co-sponsored private real estate funds, LBC works on development of the fund concept and real estate investment strategy, participates through its officers and affiliated companies in the real estate investment committee process, and performs a variety of administrative functions for the funds.

Through MEPT and LBC co-sponsored private real estate equity funds, LBC has formed long-lasting relationships with more than 330 pension plan investors. These institutional investors are diversified by industry, size, and geography, and they benefit from LBC's real estate market knowledge and service orientation. LBC promotes reporting practices at every stage of an investment vehicle's life cycle that foster full, accurate, relevant, and timely disclosures.
